Integral Life is a company formed with the objective to provide innovative training, tools, techniques and practices to facilitate personal growth, evolution and development in all aspects of your life.

Integral Life was founded by William Justice and Inmaculada Martínez who are committed to realizing the full potential of body, mind and spirit through transformative practices. And likewise, providing a strategy for social transformation.

Inmaculada Martínez is a landscape architect and has devoted herself for 20 years to designing, directing and executing gardening projects in Spain.

In 1994, she received her training as a teacher of Sivananda Yoga in the Asrham of The Bahamas and initiated a way of teaching Yoga in her own school in Madrid for 7 years. Many of the students who began their practice in this school are today recognized teachers by schools in all areas of Spain.

In 1997 she returned to the Asrham for her advanced teacher training and in 2000 she joined the organization of Sivananda as staff. She has taught Yoga in Argentina and in Canada.

In 1996 she began to practice Tantra at the hand of her Rebirthing instructor Ronald Fuchs and continues to deepen her practice on this path.

In 2003 she created her way of helping to awaken the conscience in the physical body with Tantra and Yoga, to connect the emotions and to handle them with Rebirthing, Bhakthi Yoga and Pranayama, and to calm the mind with Meditation

Her Masters of Yoga include: Swami Sivananda, Swami Visnu Devananda and B.K.S. Iyengar.

Her friend Rosana Agudo initiated her in her spiritual way, and also introduced her to the work of The Mother, Sri Aurobindo and Ken Wilber.
David Deida is her inspiration to express divinity in intimate relationship.
She supports and collaborates in Carmen Enguita's work with women.

William Justice has worked as an Engineering Consultant in the Energy Industry for more than 30 years. He is a student of Yoga and was trained as a teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwanthari Ashram in India. He has studied Integral Theory and Transformative Practice at the Integral Institute with Ken Wilber in the U.S.A. and has undertaken advanced training and intensive experiential practice with David Deida.
